By accessing or using the Rocket Investments Group™ website www.rocketinvestmentsgroup.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

This site is subject to change with or without prior notice.  We may revise these Terms at any time with or without prior notice. By continuing to use the Site after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. 

3. Use of the Site 

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Site in any way that could damage or impair its functionality or interfere with others' use.  By using this site, you further agree that you are not a minor under 13 years of age, have parental consent to use this website if you are a minor, and/or you are over the age of 18 years or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

You further understand & acknowledge that Rocket Investments Group™ is NOT an "investment advisor" as defined by law, and you agree to indemnify & hold harmless the same resulting from any losses you may incur as a result of your investment in any Fund.  Investments are not guaranteed.  Investments may lose value. 

8. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.  If any provision of this contract is found to be unenforceable, the unenforceable provision(s) shall be severed; and the remaining provision(s) shall remain in full force & effect. 

9. Miscellaneous 

Rocket Investments Group™ is NOT affiliated with The Rocket Companies, Inc. (RKT) nor are we associated with any of their affiliate companies.  Rocket Investments Group™ is an exempt fund pursuant to  I.C. § 23-19-1-2(15)(F) & (G) & 15 U.S.C. § 80b-2(a)(11)(F).  Rocket Investments Group™ is NOT an "investment advisor" as defined by law, nor does it offer any investment advice or services to the general public.  Rocket Investments Group™ is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hot Dog Rocket Ship Investments, LLC.
